? When you get this error in windows-7 while connecting your blue tooth device please follow the following steps to resolve the problem.

1.     Disable Blue tooth.

2.     Go to Start-  search for services – right click on it and click on run as administrator.

3.     Select Blue tooth support services and double click on it.

4.     Click on service status – stop

5.     Click on startup type and chose Automatic

6.     Click Apply

7.      Click on service status start.

8.     Click OK and  close the window

9.     Switch on the Bluetooth

10.            Right click on Bluetooth in task bar

11.            Click on Open Settings

12.            In option- Discovery check mark Allow Bluetooth Devices to find this computer and click apply and ok
